I enjoyed this property - charming little and exquisite hotel.

The room was well decorated, had essentials, like shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. Garden view was nice. The location just a walking distance from city centre was magnificent and quiet.

the breakfast was savoury for what was on offer with local products, many options to choose from, fresh omelettes.

Great Location! Being right in the center made everything convenient. 🏙️ Plus, having a fantastic restaurant, a supermarket, and shops nearby was a big bonus.

the restaurant food is excellent, and the breakfast offered is savoury with fresh omelettes, local products.

The room was big and huge with satellite TV, climate control and an individual safe.

Location adjacent to advices from Alex, the main sights and restaurants in Yerevan, and the main attractions. For shots visit Malkhas Jazz Club, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Stayed here with my family for three nights, had a great experience - the staff was attentive and the location was convenient.

The hotel is beautiful, with a nice garden view, and the triple room is impeccably clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and hypoallergenic pillows.

The location couldn't be better , within walking distance to all the attractions and museums, as well as restaurants and markets. the manager, Alex, and the owner, Mrs Laura, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were even surprised with a hand, made gift featuring the Armenian alphabet. the room and bathroom were always clean, and the home, made breakfast was delicious. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment during our stay. Highly recommended. Cons: Not one thing! 😊.

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel in the heart of the city center. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and had a kitchenette, which was a great convenience. The bed was the most comfortable I experienced during my trip. I also loved having a balcony where I could enjoy the view. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. The staff, including the manager, were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel like part of the family.
